SOLPLASTIC 2000 is an hot air plastic welder.
It generates clean hot air thanks to the closed circuit system that prevents impurities generated in the (built-in) compressor lines from contaminating the plastic during the melting process. Ideal for repairing bumpers, car dashboards and polymeric plastic parts in bodywork such as cuts, holes or reconstruction of plastic parts and supports. It is equipped with temperature regulation up to 480 degrees Celsius and air flow regulation. Unique power off button equipped with automatic controlled cooling system to prevent the resistance from burning out. Simple and intuitive resistance replacement.
You can weld the following types of plastic, PP/PC/PP/EPDM/ABS.
You cannot weld polyethylene "PE" and polyurethane "PUR" or "PU".
