Validation and Pickup

Once the ticket is authorized, you will receive an email with the document to attach to the product. Our shipping agency will collect the equipment from the specified address.

Repair

Products under warranty will be repaired and shipped at no cost. Products out of warranty will receive a detailed estimate including all costs for your prior approval.

TICKET CONDITIONS

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. If we do not receive a response within this period, the estimate will be considered rejected and the product will be returned to the origin unrepaired. In this case, a €17 fee will be charged for handling and shipping.

If you reject the estimate, you may choose between: 
• Return of the product (with a €17 fee for handling and shipping). 
• Free recycling of the product by SOLTER at no cost.

Creating the ticket implies full acceptance of these conditions.
